Currently, all payments are non-refundable. However, refunds may be issued only in cases of duplicate transactions or erroneous charges. Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited back to the original payment method. If auto-renew is enabled, any payment automatically deducted from your bKash account will be non-refundable. ZatiqEasy holds no responsibility for refunds in such cases.
